Returns & Exchanges

 

  • Please contact showroom@alessandrarich.com within 14 working days of the delivery date with your order number or full name in the subject line in order to request a refund or exchange.
  • Items must not be worn, washed or damaged. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that have perfume/scent of any kind, makeup/deodorant stains or is dirtied in any way. Swimwear must have the protective adhesive strip attached.
  • Please note Alessandra Rich does not cover the cost of sending back a return/exchange and original shipping paid cannot be refunded.
  • After 14 working days from the delivery date Alessandra Rich will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
  • Shipments sent from outside of the EU must be processed by the country’s postal service as “British Return Goods” to avoid customs/duties charges.
  • All international parcels processed incorrectly with a customs/duties charge will be rejected and returned to customer.
